Users can use Netahsilat from the browser, as well as download the application and make collections through the application. Our mobile application can be used on IOS 10.0 and above, Android 9.0 and above.

With Netahsilat, collections can be made in 16 different currencies, primarily USD, EURO, POUND and RIYAL.

Netahsilat interfaces can work in 4 different languages. Turkish, English, German and Russian. Different languages ​​can be added optionally.

Credit card payments can be received by sending an SMS or e-mail with a payment link to the dealers or customers through the Netahsilat E-Collection program. When the person to whom SMS/E-mail is sent clicks on the relevant link, they are directed directly to the payment page and can easily make a credit card payment.

Netahsilat system has 3D Secure feature. Credit card transactions are carried out with 256 Bit SSL. In addition, the infrastructure is PCI DSS compliant.

Netahsilat system has advanced and complex web services. Thanks to these services, Netahsilat can be integrated with ERP/Accounting system and payments can be transferred to ERP/Accounting automatically. Companies that do not prefer to do this integration perform their accounting transactions manually by using the receipt information received via online e-mail.

Credit usage conditions and credit evaluation are made by the relevant banks and Netahsilat has no influence. All transactions related to the loan, including the payment of loan installments, are made through the bank from which the loan is used. Standard procedure applies for order cancellations and returns. When your order is canceled / returned, your credit is not considered closed, and if you have a request to withdraw from the credit, you must contact your bank individually. The responsibility of the interest incurred from the order date to the loan closing date belongs to the customer using the loan. The Bank has the right to make changes in the interest rate, maturity and other loan conditions, and to make the final decision on the approval and disbursement of the loan.

Standard return procedure applies for product returns. In case of product cancellation/return, your refund will be made to the account to which your credit is linked. But your loan is not considered closed. If you have a request to withdraw from the loan after the product cancellation/return, you must contact the bank individually. You will be responsible for the interest incurred from the date of your order until the date of closing the loan. Interest rates and maturities are determined by banks.
